Reserve one of our glamping tents for a more immersive and traditional camping experience. 


Location: Lower part of our property, centered around a common bathhouse, cooking area, communal fire pit, and reception.


How To Choose: Our Premium Tents offer a better location (further uphill from road, with improved views), heated mattress pads (1-queen tents only), larger decks (double the size), and year-round gas fire-pits.

Standard Tent

with 2 Queens

Capacity 2 adults & 2 children, or 3-4 adults. 2 dogs allowed


Location:  More-shaded, lower part of property, closer to road

  • What's Inside

    • Tent: Large, 10x18 tent (180 square feet) with 8-foot ceilings, 3 windows, and a large screen door for light and fresh air
    • Bed: 2 queen-sized beds with a memory-foam mattress, quality linens, comforters, and extra blankets.
    • Furnishings: Nightstands, bedside lamps, storage for clothes, towels, mirror, trash can, and a large rug
    • Electricity: Outlets (USB and regular). Sorry, no high-voltage devices such as hair dryers.
    • Heating & Cooling: Extra blankets for cooler nights and a fan to move air in warmer months. Note: Tents get hot on hot summer days. Cool off in our shaded communal spaces, the nearby Merced River, the park's higher elevations, or in a cabin with AC.
  • What's Outside

    • Front Yard: Covered front deck with a patio set, and a picnic table. 
    • Fires: No firepits due to higher fire risk in the more shaded location. Can use the nearby communal gas firepit, perfect for heat and roasting s'mores. Book a Premium tent if firepit is desired.
    • Cooking: Cook at the nearby communal BBQ area or on portable gas stove brought from home (bring your own cookware).

    • Restrooms: Beautiful new bathhouse is 1-2 minutes away (including showers, dish-washing sinks, family-friendly bathrooms, and outdoor showers).
    • Parking: One reserved parking space 15-60 seconds away (carts provided if needed). One extra car can park in nearby visitor area.
    • Location: Most tents are very well-shaded and have view into oak trees. Closer to the road than our Premium Tents. Ear plugs and fans provided to help lighter sleepers. Can also book our hard-sided cabins for best noise insulation.

Capacity:    2 adults (& 1 child in optional cot. Fee applies). 2 dogs allowed


Location:  Uphill from Standard Tents. Further from road (quieter) & many offer nicer nature views

    • Tent: Large 12x14 tent (168 square feet) with 8-foot ceilings, 2 windows, and 2 doors (1 traditional with lock, the other a tent flap with screen, leading to back deck).  
    • Bed: 1 queen-sized bed with a memory-foam mattress, quality linens, comforters, and extra blankets.  1 cot with full linens can be added for a $30 nightly fee. Add '1 Child' when booking.
    • Furnishings: Nightstands, bedside lamps, storage for clothes, towels, mirror, trash can, and a large rug
    • Electricity: Outlets (USB and regular). Sorry, no high-voltage devices such as hair dryers.
    • Heating & Cooling: Heated mattress pads and heaters, plus fan to move air in warmer months. Note: Tents get hot on hot summer days. Cool off in our shaded communal spaces, the nearby Merced River, the park's higher elevations, or in a cabin with AC.
  • What's Outside

    • Back Deck: Covered back deck with a patio set. No picnic table. Many decks are perched on a hillside, surrounded by trees, with upgraded views 
    • Fires: Gas firepit on the back deck. Note: Guests wishing to use the fire pit for heat, ambience, or roasting s'mores need to rent one of our propane tanks when booking or during your stay and we will install. Gas fire pits are not equipped for cooking. 
    • Cooking: Cook at the nearby communal BBQ area or on portable gas stove brought from home (bring your own cookware).

    • Electricity: Outlets (USB and regular). Sorry, no high-voltage devices such as hair dryers.
    • Heating & Cooling: Heated mattress pads and heaters, plus fan to move air in warmer months. Note: Tents get hot on hot summer days. Cool off in our shaded communal spaces, the nearby Merced River, the park's higher elevations, or in a cabin with AC.

How Do Cancellations Work?


When life happens, you can:

 

  • Receive a full refund (minus a 7% cancelation fee) up to 14 days before arrival by emailing/calling us


  • Reschedule your dates up to 6 days before (no fee, one time only) or transfer to another person


Want full protection? Add our Travel Protection insurance during booking to be covered for sickness, accidents, bad weather, or absolutely no reason at all.
